I am a Bolivian “reformed” economist with a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Cambridge and currently teaching at Eastern Connecticut State University. I also taught at Tulane University in New Orleans, a brief stay at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and Cambridge. Before I decided to complicate my life with hundreds of books I worked in several institutions related to international development, more recently for the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C. and the United Nations Children's Fund in Bolivia.
